Early worry is about the Giants. Daniel Jones tore his ACL.

IN LAS VEGAS Daniel Jones, quarterback for the New York Giants, left Sunday’s 30–6 loss for the Las Vegas Raiders within the first half with a knee injury that wasn’t caused by contact. This injury could end his season.

ESPN was told that the first worry is that Jones possesses an ACL tear in his right knee. On Monday, an MRI will be done to see how bad the injury really is, but there is worry that this could be a long-term problem.

Due to a neck injury, Jones missed the last three games and was making his comeback on Sunday.

Brain Daboll, the coach, said, “You never would like your guys to get down.” “He worked very hard to get back.” “That’s too bad.”

At Allegiant Stadium, Jones got an X-ray that came returned negative. But his future will be decided for sure when he goes to New York for more tests and an MRI.

If you looked closely, you could see that the Giants’ main quarterback had a limp as he went through his locker room following the game. His emotions on the face seemed to show that things were not going well.

“I’m not going to jump with a weapon or anything,” rushing back Saquon Barkley said later in the sad locker room. “I’m not permitted to speak for Jones here.”

An MRI will tell you. Say prayers for him. He knows I’ll always have his back. We were always there for him. “You won’t know until you need an MRI.”

“That was tough. Brain Daboll, the coach, said, “You never desire your guys to go down.” “He worked very hard to get back.” “That’s too bad.”

If you looked closely, you could see that the Giants’ starter quarterback had a limp as he entered the locker room following the game. His emotions on the face seemed to show that things were not going well.

Jones tried it out in between quarters and stayed in the game. He hit the ground while in the middle of a dropback on the first play for the second quarter and grabbed his knee.

Jones left the field and went into an unoccupied medical room to be checked out more. After some time, Jones left the field on his own and went into the Allegiant Stadium hallway closest to the X-ray room.

He seemed to have hurt his knee in some way that wasn’t caused by impact. Jones stood up and tried to walk for a short time to either the half-court or the bench, but he quickly fell back to the ground. He was taken out of the game and Tommy DeVito, a sub, came in his place.

Fox Sports says Jones might have been heard on the bench telling Saquon Barkley he has no idea what happened because “it just buckled.”

After going into the medical tent, Jones and his trainers walked on their own to the dressing room.

At the start about the third quarter, the Giants said he couldn’t play for the rest of the game because of a knee injury.

Daniel Jones, the quarterback for the New York Giants, has been out for four weeks because he hurt his neck with the Miami Dolphins.

A quarter into the return game toward the Las Vegas Raiders, Jones was put his leg in the ground in a strange way while escaping a sack. Jones would hold on to his right knee and try to stay in the game.

Jones fell to the ground again and grabbed his right knee again as he dropped back to the pocket for a play. Jones couldn’t play because he hurt his knee early in the second half.
