Dzeko returns to training after his altercation with Fonseca

The Bosnian Edin Dzeko, Roma forward, He returned this Tuesday to train with the group, almost two weeks after being on the sidelines for a hard altercation with the portuguese coach Paulo fonseca.

Dzeko, that before fighting with Fonseca he was the captain of Roma, reappeared on Tuesday with his teammates in the session organized at the sports center of Trigory, as seen in the photos of the session published by the capital team.

The Bosnian fought with Fonseca after the elimination suffered on January 19 in the Italian Cup against the modest Spezia, in a match in which Roma was punished with a defeat, by 0-3 administrative, for making six changes, one more than the allowed limit.

In addition, Roma had also lost in the field, after a very negative defensive performance (2-4).

From that moment, Dzeko was on the sidelines, although officially due to physical problems, and was brilliantly replaced by Spaniard Borja Mayoral, who scored a double against Spezia in Serie A and a goal against Hellas Verona, always in league competition.

In the last days of the market Roma studied a possible departure of the Bosnian striker, but finally found no satisfactory solutions.

The club will try to recover Dzeko for the second phase of the season, although everything indicates that Mayoral will continue to be the starting striker next Saturday in the difficult league visit to Juventus.

The Spaniard, on loan to Roma from Real Madrid, has already scored nine goals this year and sports an average of one target every 101 minutes.
