Doña Letizia’s centennial pants in her meeting with young people in Valladolid

First act of the week and first outing of Mrs. Letizia. The Queen has traveled to Valladolid this Tuesday, March 14, to preside over the second stop of the Talent Tour that runs through Spain. An initiative that takes the Kings throughout the country and with which they are very involved.

Only a few weeks ago, in Zaragoza, it was Philip VI the person in charge of inaugurating the Talent Tour. In this first act, the identity of the winner in the social category was announced, Silvia Fernández Cadevall, graduated in Social Education from the Ramón Llull University. After this opening act, the Queen presided over this Tuesday 14, at the Valladolid Fair, the second stop at which the winner of the Princess of Girona Business Award is expected to be announced. They have accompanied the Queen José Luis Escrivá, Minister of Inclusion and Social Security; and Alfonso Fernández Mañueco, president of the Junta de Castilla y León.

The tour is a springboard for young people as it helps them to connect, share experiences and join forces to build their professional careers. It’s about your daughters generation. Doña Letizia, like her husband, is very committed to the Talent Tour.

The Queen has chosen black skinny pants, a basic piece, made of elastic and comfortable fabric, which she has combined with a tweed jacket without lapels and with pockets and decorative buttons. As accessories, she again chooses the comfortable heel block.

Music and emotional well-being

On the previous day, the Miguel Delibes Cultural Center in Valladolid hosted the Educational Transformation Forum, an inspiring talk on different educational models and on music as a tool to improve the emotional well-being of students.

This annual tour, promoted by the Princess of Girona Foundation (FPdGi), offers itinerant meetings and events for young people to promote what makes them unique. It is a commitment to promote their new skills, improve employability, share experiences on the projection of the jobs of the future and talk about the social impact.
