Distrito Estudio presents ‘Distrito Academy’ to homogenize the customer experience

MADRID, 19 Mar. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Distrito Estudio sports boutique chain launches ‘Distrito Academy’, an initiative designed to perfect and standardize the customer experience in its eleven centers in Spain, where it plans to open another five establishments in 2024.

“District Studio’s goal has always been to offer fully personalized attention to all its members, regardless of their physical condition or experience. And now, with Distrito Academy, the chain takes this commitment one step further by ensuring that each coach is completely trained to the same standards of service and technique thanks to a comprehensive and uniform training curriculum, which will ensure a more consistent and rewarding experience for all our members, no matter where they choose to train,” said David Estébanez, director of expansion and development at the company.

Distrito Academy’s inaugural training, which began this Monday, focuses on the introduction of Pilates activity, an increasingly popular practice among fitness enthusiasts of all ages and levels.

In addition to this uniformity that the chain will offer thanks to Distrito Academy, it also seeks to foster a sense of community and collaboration among the staff of all the chain’s centers. Through interactive and collaborative training sessions, instructors will have the opportunity to share best practices, learn from each other, and strengthen their skills in an environment of support and mutual growth.

Distrito Estudio offers WOD, bootcamp, D45 and yoga classes in boutiques with personalized attention, premium facilities and in which the ‘community’ is an added value. In addition, it is the only chain of official New Balance centers on an international scale.

This agreement involves the opening of a commercial space for the multinational, called ‘District By New Balance’ in each of the company’s training centers. In these spaces, the chain’s members can purchase the latest collections and the most appropriate sports equipment for the practices offered at the centers.

In addition, both companies collaborate by holding ‘team building’ sessions in sports centers and group training sessions. Distrito Estudio has also announced a 13 percent growth in the number of members, which already exceeds 4,300 athletes in its 11 centers located in Madrid (four), Barcelona, Valencia, Bilbao, Malaga, Pontevedra and Vigo (two).

In total, more than 4,500 operational square meters, and a staff of 75 workers. “District Estudio’s customer-centric approach, along with continued investment in state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, has been instrumental in generating satisfaction and loyalty among our growing user base,” Estébanez concluded.
