Deyverson advances back to Palmeiras in the final

Palmeiras returns to command on the scoreboard in the final of the Copa Libertadores that is being played in the Centennial of Montevideo. A serious mistake by Andreas Pereira allowed the paulistas to advance in minute 5 of the first half of extra time.

Andreas Pereira, on loan from Manchester United after passing through Granada, Valencia and Lazio, received a ball from David Luiz and, under pressure from Deyverson, lost the ball. The former Levante, Alavés and Getafe player, who had entered the field in overtime, has escaped alone and beaten Diego Alves in his desperate exit.
