Deportivo and Numancia will request extremely precautionary measures to paralyze the League

Deportivo announced this Thursday that, together with Numancia, they will request extremely precautionary measures to paralyze the start of LaLiga SmartBank after both have not been included in the calendar of the silver category, which will continue to be 22 teams instead of the 24 claimed by Coruñeses and Sorianos and proposed by the RFEF.

Deportivo's legal advisor, Óscar Rama, has indicated in a press conference in which he appeared together with the president of the club, Fernando Vidal, that the two clubs will request these measures in ordinary justice.

They will present them, he pointed out, in the contentious-administrative courts of Madrid and predicted that in “4 or 5 days” they will get a “response”, before the start of the championship, proposed for the weekend of September 12-13.

Deportivo also maintains an appeal in ordinary justice for the alleged improper alignment of Extremadura in the match with the Coruña on the penultimate day of the silver category.
