Deportivo accelerates and requests the precautionary suspension of Second

He Sports accelerates and in recent hours has taken a further step in defending what he considers an injustice against his interests. After filing an appeal last Tuesday before the Competition Committee, requesting the cancellation of the last day and that it be repeated once again by leaving Depor – Fuenlabrada out, now it goes further and has already requested the RFEF the precautionary suspension of the Second Division.

In this new resource, the blue and white club insists on the cancellation of all the results of the last day of LaLiga SmartBank for “seriously violating and adulterating the rules of the competition and the normal development of it”, but also requests that the processing of promotions and descents be stopped immediately until the process is completed. It should not be forgotten that the RFEF has opened a file with Fuenlabrada after the complaints by Rayo, Elche, Numancia and Depor itself.

In the alternative, Deportivo also requests “the expansion for the purposes of the 2020-21 season of the number of teams that currently make up the Second Division, in a sufficient number at the discretion of the RFEF to ensure the normal development of the competition, as well as to prevent harm to all Clubs affected with mathematical options for promotion and descent, as a consequence of non-compliance with Circular 93 of the RFEF “, that is, the non-dispute of day 42 in unified hours.

Deportivo also calls for the relegation of Fuenlabrada

In that same resource, Depor again points to Fuenlabrada for conduct “that has seriously jeopardized the Second Division competition and the city of A Coruña”, also ensuring that there are “videographic records” that show how the Madrid team made improper use of the hotel's public areas, as well as the attached sports facilities.

The A Coruña club considers that it considers the Fuenlabrada committed very serious infractions of articles 68 and 74 of the RFEF, specifically, with “conduct contrary to good sports order” and “omission of duty to ensure the proper conduct of sporting events that involve risks for the participants in them.” Violating both articles, in addition to other sanctions, contemplate the downgrade.
