De la Fuente: “Pedri has an enviable talent and personality”

It is a very heterogeneous group and I trust that they will arrive in the best possible way, each one with their circumstances. At the moment in training they are showing us that they are in good condition. I am sure that with the enthusiasm they have they will overcome those adversities that mean not having adequate preparation, surely in December they will be at a better time. But in any case I am reassured by the enthusiasm they show in each training session and in each talk.

None of the 23 have scored in the U21. Is it the main aspect to improve?

We have to improve many aspects, but we also have very good things. Above all that it is a work group with tremendous enthusiasm and desire to grow. I am sure that many of these players are going to score many goals in this category because there are very young people who have the possibility of continuing to repeat calls. The goals will surely come. We will try from the game and from the idea that we have.

What can Pedri contribute?

It can contribute that it has many parties in Second. Despite his youth, he has shown an enviable talent and personality. He can bring a lot of football and energy, he is a versatile player. A talented player always has the doors open to the National Team. He has stood out so young in a special way.
