David García and Sergio Herrera, non-negotiable for Arrasate

David garcia Y Sergio Herrera are the only two players in the squad Osasuna that they have disputed every minute possible to date, data that shows that they are two fixed pieces for their coach.

Of the seven games played so far in LaLiga Santander, both players have enjoyed the 630 minutes in which Osasuna has achieved three victories (Cádiz, Celta and Athletic), three defeats (Getafe, Levante and Atlético) and a draw against Eibar.

Jagoba Arrasate is not used to repeat the same eleven in two consecutive days, but the great moment these men are going through makes them essential for the Basque coach's scheme.

The Burgos goalkeeper and Navarrese center-back They have produced great performances this season so that their team has been closer to scoring points in a league start that has placed the Pamplona team in 9th position with 10 points with one game remaining (Granada).

As for García, last year, Ibero's defender was called up in 34 times starting as a starter at 31. He missed 2 games due to injury and another due to suspension. On matchday 6 he was not called up against Real Madrid. In total, 2,792 minutes played in Osasuna's return to First Division, that is, 82% of the possible total.

For his part, Herrera was summoned to 35 games starting 18 times and missed 2 due to injury and one due to seeing the direct red against Espanyol in El Sadar (Matchday 27). The one of Miranda de Ebro played 48% of the possible minutes.

Osasuna's number 5 is one of those players that people like so much rojilla parish. His dedication and commitment are some of his hallmarks that he usually accompanies with power in the air game.

With the goal, it seemed that there could be doubts about his ownership at the beginning of the season, but it is clear that Arrasate has decided that his future goalkeeper will be Herrera. Osasuna renewed him a few days ago until June 30, 2023 and it does not look like Rubén Martínez, a 36-year-old veteran player, can steal his job.

Osasuna has a tough nut to crack on Saturday. Navarrese will be measured to Sevilla in Nervión starting at 6:30 p.m. to play a duel in which these two players could play a fundamental role in getting something positive out of Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán.
