VALENCIA, Jan. 21 (SportsFinding) –
Extenista David Ferrer has sponsored the sixth edition of 'Emprén Esport', the program promoted by the Trinidad Alfonso Foundation that rewards sports talent and has distinguished the winners of 2020 at the Marina de Empresas complex in Valencia.
The tennis player from Jàvea participated in the round table that was held after the delivery of the Emprén Esport 2020 awards with tennis player Arantxa Parra, former player Tomás Carbonell and sports commentator Pedro Hernández.
Emprén Esport has awarded 10 awards in five categories. The five winners of each have received an aid of 25,000 euros; while the second classified have been awarded with 12,000. In addition, the leaders of the winning projects have been offered the possibility of pursuing, free of charge, one of the programs taught at the Business School (EDEM).
The director of the Trinidad Alfonso Foundation, Elena Tejedor, invited “to dream, but knowing where she is going”. “With measurable and concrete objectives, and dreaming yes, in a big way, in an ambitious, but realistic and sustainable way. That is what I wish to all the winners of this edition and to those who present themselves to the following calls,” he said.
The winners in this sixth edition have been Rugby Inclusivo de Cullera, in adpatado sport; the Sunsation Beach Beach Volleyball Campus of Gandía, in Comunitat de l'Esport-Sports Tourism;
L'Alqueria del Basket went to the national final of Copa Colegial in Valencia; the Best Event, for the Swinrun Costa de Azahar in Oropesa del Mar; and Base Sports, for the Futsal Cup in Castellón.
