The Spanish rider David Almansa will replace the Australian Joel Kelso, injured in Portimao, in the CFMOTO Racing PruestelGP of Moto3 during the Argentine Grand Prix, the second round of the Motorcycle World Championship, the team confirmed this Tuesday.
The man from Argamasilla de Calatrava (Ciudad Real), who was the best KTM rookie in the 2022 Finetwork FIM JuniorGP World Championship with the Finetwork Mir Racing Team, will thus return to the Moto3 World Championship, where last season he made his debut as a guest at the last round of the championship, the Grand Prix of the Valencian Community in Cheste.

I am very happy to be able to compete this week in the Grand Prix of the Argentine Republic, in the Moto3 category, together with CFMOTO Racing PruestelGP. Kelso collided with the Spanish Dani Holgado while he was celebrating his victory in the small category race at the Portuguese Grand Prix, held at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve. The oceanic man rammed the man from Alicante and flew through the air in the middle of the finish line, which caused him to break his ankle.
