Dani Alves' mother crosses all the red lines: she reveals the identity of the alleged victim and shows her photos

As was known a few weeks ago, the trial of the footballer Dani Alves for alleged rape of a young woman at the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona will be held from Monday, February 5 to Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at the Barcelona Court. Meanwhile, the mother of the Brazilian player has crossed all the red lines by spreading images of the alleged victim on her social networks.

In the publication, the soccer player's mother shows images and videos of the young woman. She also spreads her name and surname and accuses her of wanting fame and money. It should be noted that this publication could be reported and punished because the young woman has wished to remain anonymous throughout this time. Through the Victim Statute, she has also requested that her identity be protected during the trial.

“Those who trust in God never lose the battle,” Alves's mother writes in her publication. She also questions her by showing private content from her daily life: “he says he can't work, but…”.

The trial

Section 21 of the court announced the date of the trial on Wednesday, December 20, as reported by the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC). Alves will face the Prosecutor's Office's request to sentence him to nine years in prison, while the private prosecution carried out by the complainant demands 12 years in prison. The young woman also requested that, once the sentence has been served, the Brazilian be subjected to ten more years of supervised release with a restraining order against the victim. She also requested compensation of 150,000 euros in compensation for the “physical and psychological consequences.”

The events date back to December 30, 2022 at the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona, where Alves and his alleged victim were partying with friends. The woman claims that Joana Sanz's husband forced her to have sexual relations in the bathroom despite her refusal, while he claims that it was a consensual encounter. The footballer, who has given several different versions since his entry into prison, entered prison on remand on January 20. In Brians 2 he continues despite the four requests for parole presented by his defense. The Court refused and alleged “risk of flight.”
