MADRID, 16 Ago. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Spanish taekwondo player Dalia Santiago hung this Wednesday the bronze medal in the European Para Taekwondo Championships that are being held in Rotterdam (Netherlands), the second metal for Spain after another bronze from Joel Martín Villalobos on Monday.

Santiago, in the K44 +65 kilos category, made it to the semifinals but had to settle for finishing on the podium after losing to Serbian Jelena Rasic 6-0. The Catalan, who aspired to everything, takes at least a medal and good points for her classification to the Paris 2024 Games.
