American Gotham FC striker Esther González will not join the Spanish team’s training camp for the Nations League matches against Sweden and Switzerland due to an injury, as confirmed by the national team this Tuesday.
The Andalusian soccer player, world champion on August 20 and one of the 39 players who had signed the statement last Friday asking not to be called up, will be replaced on the list by Sevilla forward Cristina Martín-Prieto.
