Coutinho 'longs' for the Premier

Philippe Coutinho's agent has assured on Sky Sports that the Brazilian wants to return to the Premier League, something that “may happen this year or not”, amid the continuous rumors that place him outside Barcelona this summer. In fact, it is pointed out that the Catalan team would be willing to cash in on the most expensive player in its history, a footballer who never fell in love at the Camp Nou.

“He has this desire to return to the Premier League at some point, it may happen this year or not, we do not know. At the moment we have not spoken anything in that regard”, his agent, Kia Joorabchian, has assured in an interview for the British media. At the moment it seems that Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham and Newcastle, if the arrival of the Arab money is confirmed, could be interested in their hiring, but Coutinho would prefer to return to a Liverpool that nevertheless has not given any sign of wanting to recover him.

While, Bayern Munich, the club in which he has been loaned this season, has not executed the purchase option agreed with Barcelona, but it seems that he could re-consider the possibility of keeping it on loan for one more year, although the conditions would have to be seen because the Spanish set needs cash to alleviate the economic effects derived from the coronavirus. That is why in England they point out that the Brazilian is being offered to several Premier clubs that can guarantee a transfer in the short term.
