Courtois: “We are not going to cry for casualties”

Thibaut Courtois, Belgian goalkeeper for Real Madrid, regretted the draw achieved in Getafe by stating that they are leaving “a little disappointed”, but despite having to play with a team of circumstances, he said that they are not “going to cry for the casualties.”

“In the end we are a little disappointed by a single point, we always want to win because we know that the fight for the league is tough. Atlético won but it was difficult because the grass was very dry. We have had some occasion that we have not managed to score and I have made good saves ”, he analyzed on Real Madrid TV.

“In adversity is the strength of the group. As we are doing all season we are not going to cry for casualties, we must always face it and all the players who are in Madrid have quality to play ”, he added.

Courtois He praised the work left by three homegrown players with whom Real Madrid finished the game. “You have to give value to the work of the boys, Antonio and Arribas entered after playing 90 minutes yesterday and here it is a very high rate. Chust has started and has been very good ”.
