Coronavirus: Froome and his team leave Abu Dhabi, the Herrada are still held at the hotel

The British Cyclist Chris Froome and his teammates from Ineos were authorized to leave United Arab Emirates (UAE) after giving a negative test for the coronavirus, after four days locked in a hotel. “All our cyclists and staff leave the UAE after having given their approval. Thank you to all those who have helped us and have taken care of the team in recent days,” Ineos said through Twitter.

Froome and his compatriot from Bahrain-McLaren Mark Cavendish They were some of the UAE Tour cyclists who were locked in the hotels of the capital Emirat, Abu Dhabi, after two members of an unidentified team tested positive for COVID-19.
