Conde-Pumpido prepares a complaint for false accusation against the woman who accuses him of sexual assault in a pack

Lawyer Cándido Conde-Pumpido will sue for the alleged commission of a crime of false reporting against the woman of Brazilian origin who accuses him of participating in an alleged multiple sexual assault in her chalet in Madrid, facts for which he was arrested last Friday along with two other people.

The defense of the son of the president of the Constitutional Court, the lawyer Ricardo Alvarez Ossoriohas confirmed to Europa Press who is preparing a complaint after his client was released yesterday without precautions when the judge investigating the complaint estimated that the security cameras distort the complainant’s story. With this complaint the lawyer seeks an “exemplary sentence” for this type of cases of false complaints. Hours before, the lawyer himself confessed that he is confident that the case will be filed and that “this person will be charged for false reporting.”

Lara Dibildos’ ex was released this Sunday without precautionary measures after giving a statement, once he was brought to justice after being arrested on Friday. In the order, the judge argued that the images provided by the defense show different rooms of the chalet where the crime was allegedly committed in which one of the accused does not appear, contrary to the woman’s version.

“There is no situation similar to that described by the accused,” states the resolution, which adds that the woman appears with Conde-Pumpido without any situation being seen that coincides with what was stated by the alleged victim. In the statement, the prosecutor requested a restraining order for an alleged crime of sexual assault although he had not requested prison since the victim had no injuries.

Conde-Pumpido was arrested on Friday by the National Police after a girl reported an alleged group sexual assault. The woman reported that in a house in Madrid there were, in addition to Conde-Pumpido, two other men, reporting sexual assault by the three. That same Friday night, members of the National Police came to arrest the three men, who were brought to justice this morning, according to the aforementioned sources.

On the other hand, we must remember that Lara Dibildos announced their breakup just two weeks ago. This Monday, after what happened, Laura Valenzuela’s daughter reappeared, visibly dejected, without wanting to give statements on the matter.
