Colate settles with his son in Spain and heats up the judicial battle against Paulina Rubio

Since last June, Vallejo-Nágera flows and his 13-year-old son are settled in Spain. Father and son traveled from Miami in order to enjoy the vacation period with the Vallejo-Nágera family in the house they have in Pedraza (Segovia). But this time things have been different from other years. Less than a month after turning 14, the son of the artist and the Spanish businessman had already expressed in different areas his idea of wanting to establish his residence in Spain. Obviously, this thought goes against what his mother thinks, who has categorically refused throughout all these years for the boy to leave Miami, where he was born. But a series of circumstances have made Colate decide that this time they were going to stay in Pedraza and for this he has resorted to justice. Since last September, her son has been enrolled in a school in the town of Cantalejo, where he has adapted perfectly. Talking to Colate to expand this information simply ensures that “I fully trust in the justice of Spain” and he does not want to go into more details with the new disputes he has with his ex-wife.

These next few weeks are going to be very important given that there are a series of measures that have been taken and we will see how they progress. For now, Paulina Rubio She has sent her sister and brother-in-law to Spain to resolve a series of conflicts, but everything indicates that she will have to come personally in the near future. Without a doubt, it is a rather unpleasant situation with too many conflicts and very little or no communication between the protagonists.

Obviously, due to everything that protecting a minor entails, we will not delve further into some of the points that will be resolved in court. There have been almost 13 years of lawsuits and complaints filed by both parties and a lot of money invested in lawyers, attorneys and other figures related to the courts. Without a doubt, there are too many lawsuits that Paulina and Colate have been fighting over the years.
