Claudia Pina replaces Claudia Zornoza, positive for COVID, to compete in the Arnold Clark Cup

MADRID, 15 Feb. (EUROPA PRESS) –

FC Barcelona forward Claudia Pina has replaced Real Madrid player Claudia Zornoza on the list of the Spanish women’s soccer team to play the Arnold Clark Cup in England from February 17 to 23, after the midfielder from white set has tested positive for COVID-19.

Claudia Zornoza, whose return was one of the novelties on the list of the national coach, Jorge Vilda, has left the concentration with the Spanish team after testing positive in the last PCR tests carried out on the expedition, reports the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF ).

“The player is fine and has no symptoms. The rest of the delegation will travel to England on Tuesday to play the Arnold Clark Cup. Claudia Pina joins Jorge Vilda’s list to play the first tournament of the year,” the statement said. .

Pina was concentrated with the U-23 team at the RFEF’s Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas (Madrid).
