Chiefs WR Kadarius Toney said, “I’m not hurt” and said the team is lying about his injury.

Chiefs WR Kadarius Toney said, “I’m not hurt” and said the team is lying about his injury.

The Kansas City Chiefs said on Saturday that Kadarius Toney hurt his hip and would not play in the AFC championship game on Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.

In a short Instagram Live video, Toney has now responded, saying that the Kansas City Chiefs have been deceptive about when they said he was hurt.

Toney said on Sunday, “Man, that s*** crap.” “I’m fine. Not any of that nonsense. Put that s*** away. On God, don’t hurt. Not at all. It goes from the hip to the ankle and this way to that.”

After celebrating the birth for his first child, a daughter, on Saturday, the troubled receiver should be thrilled, right? Instead, he’s criticizing the Chiefs on YouTube.

Yes, it was the same Kansas City sports club that helped him through a tough season in 2023. The first game of the season was against the Detroit Lions, and he dropped several passes.

After that game, he deleted all of his social media followers because he was getting so much negative feedback.

While quarterback Patrick Mahomes and head coach Andy Reid were still behind Toney, his offsides penalty canceled out the touchdown that put Kansas City ahead of the Buffalo Bills.

But matters started to fall apart when Toney wouldn’t take responsibility, and he didn’t get better on the field either.

For the Kansas City Chiefs, Kadarius Toney was said to be injured and would not be able to play in the AFC Championship Game. However, he is now saying that that’s not true.

He wasn’t in the video, nevertheless he had a lot to say about the injury that Kadarius Toney was said to have had. The star receiver isn’t playing because of a hip injury, but he seems to be saying that it’s a fake injury to keep him out.

A key punt return that turned the game back in favor of the Chiefs was a big part of their Super Bowl win last year. But Toney was having a very bad year.

He dropped important passes that cost the team points and even led to interceptions over Patrick Mahomes.

Due to his lack of consistency, the team has been hurt all season, and he won’t be playing in the most important game yet. If what Toney said on IG Live is true, it might not be with an injury.

Because of a hip injury, Chiefs Kadarius Toney, a wide receiver, either took part in all of practice this week or only a few. He was also marked as “questionable” during the AFC Championship Game.

Toney, who is 25, hasn’t played since December 17, when the Chiefs beat the Patriots 27–17. During that game, a Patriots player picked off a pass that Toney dropped. Patrick Mahomes, the quarterback, looked angry on the sidelines after the play.

While the video was going around on social media, the Chiefs said he wouldn’t be playing in the AFC Championship Game within Baltimore on Sunday. In exchange for Toney, the Chiefs sent the Giants two first-round picks in the 2023 draft. The trade happened during the 2022 season.

Toney played a big role in the Chiefs’ win over the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVII. The Giants picked him in the first round of the 2021 draft.

He caught a touchdown pass and returned a punt 65 yards, which led to another score for Kansas City. The Super Bowl has never seen a punt return that went so far.

Toney has played in 13 games this season and has 27 receptions for 169 yards and a touchdown. He thinks that the team has been deceiving about his health so that they can sit him out for the most key game this season.

However, they won’t have wide receiver Kadarius Toney with them because he hurt his hip and ankle and can’t play. He hasn’t played since December 17.

Wide receiver Kadarius Toney will not play in the AFC Championship Game against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, which will be his sixth straight game out. Toney, however, says the Chiefs lied concerning his injury status.

Toney went on a swear-filled rant on an Instagram Live that has since been deleted. He called the title “cap,” which is slang for “lie.”

The Kansas City Chiefs are going to Baltimore tomorrow to play the Baltimore Ravens. They want to win this game so badly that it moves them to the Super Bowl.
