Charissa Thompson makes a comment about the admission of making up sideline reports.

Charissa Thompson, a host for Fox Sports and Amazon, didn’t talk about her admission that she made up field reports on last night’s Amazon show. On Instagram, she wrote an answer.

“All right, let’s talk about the big problem. It is up to me to explain the given information to both myself and my bosses.

This week on a show, I talked about how I would make up stories at the beginning of my career when I worked as a side job reporter before becoming a host.

As someone who works in the media, I know how important words are. I used the wrong ones to describe what happened.

I’m truly sorry. Over the years I’ve been a sportscaster, I have never been dishonest or done anything wrong.

“If the coach didn’t give me any new information that could help me with my report, I would use what I learned and saw in the first half to write it.”

One clear sign that a team needs to improve in the second period would be if they were 0 for 7 on third down. I never said anything about a player as well as coach in these situations.

People didn’t like it when Charissa Thompson, an Amazon and Fox Studio host, admitted that she made up stories while working in a sideline reporter. She has now reacted to the criticism.

Thompson used social media in Friday to try to set the record straight. She wrote on Instagram, “Okay, let’s talk about the big problem.”

It is my duty to myself as well as my bosses that I explain what is being told. This week on a show, I talked about how I would make up stories early in my career when I was a sideline reporter ahead of becoming a host.

As someone who works in the media, I know how important words are. I used the wrong ones to describe what happened.

I’m truly sorry. “During my time as a sportscaster, I did not lie about anything or done anything wrong,” she said.

Thompson was featured on the “Pardon My Take” podcast show from Barstool Sports that came out on Tuesday.

She admitted that as a sideline reporter, she would sometimes make up stories. She said that because she knows how hard it is to be a field reporter.

Thompson used to be a field reporter and now works as a host. She said that if a coach wouldn’t talk to her yet she still had to write a report, she would make something up and say the coach told her that.
