LAS ROZAS (MADRID), Oct 19 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The staff, coaching staff and Board of Directors of the CFF Olympia Las Rozas, an exclusively women’s football club, have obtained the FIFA Guardians badge after taking the course ‘Safeguarding Fundamentals’ granted by the highest international football organization, reports in a release.
“From the club, we share the values of FIFA in achieving the dreams and goals of those girls who have fun playing soccer, those girls who dream big, developing skills and abilities that will help them in their personal and professional development in the future, “says the note.
For Club Olympia, it is “essential” that its players grow up in a safe and nurturing environment.
The FIFA Guardians Program was born with the aim of safeguarding sport and that all people who practice it, do so in a safe environment that guarantees their well-being.
FIFA has established eleven goals to truly globalize, popularize and democratize football, benefiting everyone, without harm or abuse. To this end, FIFA recognizes the importance of having effective prevention measures that help guarantee a safe sports and social space, and which are those included in the FIFA Guardians program.
