Intercity beat Hércules 0-1 during the match held this Sunday at the José Rico Pérez. Hércules entered the match with the intention of adding more points to their locker after drawing 0-0 in the last duel played against Recreativo Granada. As for the away team, CF Intercity drew 1-1 against Eldense, adding a point in the last game of the competition. Thanks to this result, the Alicante team is second, while Hercules is third at the end of the duel.
The game started in an unbeatable way for the Alicante team, who opened the scoring through a goal from Álvaro Pérez after 15 minutes. With this 0-1, the first part of the match concluded.
Neither team was lucky in front of goal in the second half and therefore regulation time ended with the result 0-1.
In the substitution chapter, Sergio Mora’s Hercules took over from Raúl, Toro and Borja Galán for Nico, Aketxe and Mario Ortiz, while the Intercity coach, Gustavo Siviero, ordered the entry of Cabrera, Binu Bairam, Viguera and Villacañas to replace Benja, Herrera, Pol Roigé and Juanma Ortiz.
In the match there were a total of three yellow cards for the Alicante team alone. Specifically, the referee showed three yellow cards to Kecojevic, Nuñez and Juanma Ortiz.
After finishing the match and adding three points away from home, Intercity was in second place with 37 points, while Hércules was in third place with 35 points.
