LAS ROZAS (MADRID), June 12 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Malaga brewery ‘Victoria’ and the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) made official this Monday the renewal of the commitment that began in 2021 until 2026 as the official beer of the absolute men’s and women’s teams.
This agreement was made after the brewery launched its new campaign last week with former international striker Fernando Torres as the protagonist to support the Spanish soccer team in the ‘final four’ of the League of Nations through ‘Communiqué’ .
This audiovisual piece aims to show the fans’ commitment to ‘La Roja’, collecting messages full of support and confidence towards the national team from different corners of Spain, despite sporting setbacks such as the one suffered at the World Cup in Qatar.
“It is an important day, continuing with this sponsorship means continuing to grow in values such as self-improvement and sportsmanship. We join two of the best teams in the world and we hope that Fernando Torres will help us give a voice to the fans and that the message that the players must give up their lives to achieve victory”, affirmed José Villalobos, Brand Manager of Cerveras Victoria.
For his part, Rubén Rivera, Marketing Director of the RFEF, celebrated “the magnificent news” that they are renewing until 2026 “with a Spanish and Málaga brand”. “We are very happy, Victoria joined in the middle of the pandemic and continues to bet, it is the best message for those of us who work in the RFEF,” said the manager, who stressed that the brewery continues “investing in sponsorship in such a difficult market” and that with their campaign led by Fernando Torres they are “capable” of making them “reach the general public”.
In the renewal act were the internationals Dani Carvajal and Jesús Navas. The Real Madrid player confessed that “not yet” he has congratulated his teammate Nacho Fernández for the continuity in the Madrid team that he announced this Sunday on TVE, but that he hopes to do so at the barbecue that they were going to have this Monday and toast “with a good ‘Victory'”.
For his part, the Sevilla player stressed his “great pride” at having returned to the national team. “We are really looking forward to it, we have a very nice title and we are going to go all out,” admitted the Sevilla player, who finds the brewery’s spot with Fernando Torres “very cool” because “it connects with the fans.”
