RC Celta beat Espanyol without problems (3-1) this Friday at the start of day 18 of LaLiga Santander, a comfortable match for the locals, second win of the season in Balaídos, with goals from Santi Mina, Iago Aspas and Denis Suarez.
The Galician team punished at the beginning of each part and Dituro stopped the one who had to stop, just before the break in a heads-up with Puado. Thus, Coudet’s team gives a joy that has already touched their people, almost three months after the other victory in Vigo so far, and added 20 points, for the 23 ‘parakeets’.
The Catalans barely appeared, an unknown team against a Celtic who left their best performance. Mina opened the can in minute three, on a wall with Aspas, and thus began a round match for the celestial ones. He had no more options in the first act, but he dominated and did not suffer until that great visiting opportunity from Puado.
He forgave the one that Espanyol had and in the resumption he took out his Aspas quality, back after injury and suspension. With 2-0, Vicente Moreno moved the bench but did not change the face of the game. Pedrosa hardly gave depth by band but without news of Raúl de Tomás or a visiting occasion with which to raise the spirits.
Back also neglected the team ‘parakeet’ and Denis took advantage of it to sentence in the final stretch. A goal from Loren in the discount, almost from his field and heeled to a band, did not do much good for Espanyol who again lagged away from home, where he does not know how to win.
