Castellón truncates his bad streak against Cartagena

The Castellon, with two goals from Ruben Diez, ended his six-game losing streak thanks to a good second half against a Cartagena who was only offensive in the final ten minutes, after the goal of Ruben Castro.

The local team came out with a behind of five in which Marc Mateu occupied the left flank when the rival attacked, to deploy on the band after the recoveries of his team, while there were four means, with Zlatanovic up.

Opposite, the Cartagena was faithful to 4-4-2, with Ruben Castro Y Sergio Lozano in attack.

The first quarter of an hour was controlled by the Cartagena and counted, in boots of Ruben Castro, with the clearest chance of scoring in the first half, which neutralized Alvaro Campos with a great stop.

However, little by little the local team was able to recover the ball, penetrate the left with some frequency and level the forces.

Equality was accompanied by the absence of play in the areas, a lot of center of the field and little depth, so the match reached its equator without goals

Very little changed the meeting at the beginning of the restart: without chances and without a defined control, although the Castellon that in minute 64 made it 1-0 in a shot placed from Ruben Diaz, the first clear action of the local team's goal.

The goal gave way to the best minutes of the Castellon before a Cartagena who did not react and ten minutes later it was 2-0 also in the boots of Ruben Diaz.

Yes there was a visitor reaction after the second goal, scored by the scorer Ruben Castro, who got a good shot at the Cartagena in the game and put the Castellon in his area, but good local defense allowed the points to stay at home.
