Castellón shakes Albacete

Castellón gave a coup by adding three points against a direct rival such as Albacete with a 3-0 that allows them to leave the relegation zone and that leaves the La Mancha team in last position in the debut match of Alejandro Menéndez , his third coach of the season.

The match came balanced and with a tight 1-0 to its final stretch, in which two goals from Zlatanovic, who had just come out onto the pitch, sentenced the clash.

Albacete came out ready to take the initiative and did not hesitate to look for the local goal. The first time he had it with just 20 seconds of play. After a defensive imbalance, Manu Fuster left the ball in the front of the area, so that Álvaro Peña's shot was adjusted to the right post of Álvaro Campos's goal.

Castellón tried to gain control of the ball but could not overcome the pressure line of an Albacete who would again have a chance through Álvaro Jiménez, but his launch ended in a corner when the Albinegro goalkeeper deflected it.

In a center from the left, David Cubillas was the target of a penalty when the central Gorosito pushed him with his hands over his face. Marc Mateu made it 1-0.

Albacete could have had its chance if Hernández Maeso had signaled a penalty from Satrústegui on Fuster, although he did not consider the action in the lateral jump to be punishable.

The Castellón ruling came with a long ball from the edge of the own area that reached the newly incorporated Zlatanovic who with two touches would score a goal. The first to get rid of the two central La Mancha and the second to send a launch from 20 meters that ended up inside the visitor's goal.

Zalatanovic would still have time in the 90th minute to score the third when Albacete was already playing at a disadvantage.
