Carrascosa joins Athletic as a psychologist

Athletic has incorporated José Carrascosa as a psychologist and pedagogue of the first team. He is a man of maximum confidence for Marcelino, with whom he has coincided in Sevilla and Valencia. Valencian with a varied curriculum linked to many professional clubs, he was a psychologist at the La Pechina Complex Medical Center, dependent on the Turia City Council.

It is also, pedagogue (Education Sciences), professor of Secondary Education (orientation), Master in Sports Psychology and founding partner of Saber Competir S.L., dedicated to providing services to athletes.

Carrascosa, who has already been in the first preparatory session today in Lezama, has worked as a sports psychologist in more First and Second Division soccer teams such as Raise, Real Valladolid, Rayo Vallecano, Nàstic de Tarragona, Real Oviedo, Castellón, Sabadell and Alicante, as well as Ros Casares-Godella of the Women's Basketball League. He has also developed his work with athletes and coaches of individual sports such as tennis, swimming, motorsports, karate, athletics or cycling. And he is a collaborator of the Spanish Paralympic Committee.
