MADRID, 7 Abr. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Spanish Carolina Marín scored another resounding victory this Friday at the Orleans Masters, a Super 300 Category tournament in France for the International Federation circuit, by beating (21-9, 21-12) the Singaporean Yeo Jia Min and accessing So to the semifinals.
The woman from Huelva remains intractable in the French event despite the fact that Min endured the give and take of the first set until 8-8. From there, Marín, the first seed, opened up an ever-widening gap. Later, the Spaniard dominated the second set from start to finish to reach the semifinals like last week at the Madrid Spain Masters.
The three-time world champion and six-time European champion, forceful in her three games so far on French soil, will face the Danish Line Hojmark Kjaersfeldt this Saturday for a place in the final.
