On June 30, Carlos Suárez will officially cease to be the honorary president of Real Valladolid, a position he has held since August 2019. He, also former president and, until the arrival of Ronaldo Nazário, the Club's maximum shareholder, will cease to hold a position in the Blanquivioleta entity 20 years later, since it landed in the New José Zorrilla Stadium in 2001. However, Suárez maintains a package of shares and will be able to attend the shareholders' meetings, although he did not attend the last one.
