Brighton thrashes Wolverhampton and is still chasing the European positions

MADRID, 29 Abr. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Brighton & Hove Albion thrashed Wolverhampton Wanderers 6-0 this Saturday on matchday 34 of the Premier League, thus maintaining their pursuit of the places that give access to European competition, while Crystal Palace has beaten West Ham ( 4-3) and Brentford have beaten Nottingham Forest (2-1).

With doubles for Deniz Undav, Pascal Gross and Danny Welbeck, Brighton brought joy to the stands at the Amex Stadium and has already reached 52 points; with just one more point, and also with one more game in their baggage, Liverpool occupies the seventh position.

In ninth place is Brentford, now with 50 points after coming from behind to beat Nottingham Forest late in the game. Goals from Ivan Toney and Josh Dasilva turned Danilo’s opener around for the visitors at Community Stadium.
