The last Davis Cup, won in Madrid by Spain, will have a documentary. Rakuten TV announced today the premiere of Break Point: A Davis Cup Story for next November 26. It will be a job produced by Kosmos Studios, the production company founded by Gerard Piqué, and will include the participation of Rafa Nadal, Roberto Bautista, Andrey Rublev, Feliciano López and Sergi Bruguera, among others.
The film will focus especially on the finalists (Spain and Canada) within a renewed and concentrated format in one week. An edition full of emotions and with the personal story of Roberto Bautista, who temporarily left the tournament due to the death of his father and returned to support the team, play the final and join in the victory.
Break Point: A Davis Cup Story will be available for free in the FREE section of Rakuten TV. The title joins the sports catalog of the platform that includes Matchday: Inside FC Barcelona, Messi Cirque, Andrés Iniesta – The Unexpected Hero, The secrets of La Roja – World Champions, or Ride your dream.
