Brad Pitt has sold for 39 million dollars (about 35 million euros) the property that he bought from the actress Cassandra Peterson in 1944. Now, a new stage begins in Carmel, an area in northern California.

The 59-year-old actor has taken full advantage of the property and has managed to make the most of its potential, since he acquired it for just 1.7 million dollars, according to the portal. TMZ.
