Boris Johnson’s theatrical farewell: he leaves Downing Street with a “that’s all, friends” pulling the woman’s arm

Even more shocking has been the image of the president pulling the woman’s arm, Carrie, while she tried to say goodbye with kisses and hugs. Carrie was literally dragged by her husband into the Range Rover. Boris was in a great hurry to leave.

Before formally submitting his resignation to the queen Isabel II, at Balmoral Castle (Scotland), Johnson said goodbye at the gates of his official residence in London. In his words, he recalled his achievements in Brexit, the launch of the vaccination program against covid-19 and the support for Ukraine after the Russian invasion.
