Betis only lost one of their last eleven games with Celta

The Real Betis has reaped 8 victories, 12 draws and 18 defeats in the 38 official visits to the field of the Celtic, where this Saturday the possibility of finishing is played The league fifth or sixth, and qualified for the Europa League, or seventh, in which case I would dispute the Conference. Celta is a team that has been doing quite well for Real Betis lately, because in the last seven years the Verdiblancos have only lost one match of the eleven played against the Vigo, whom they have won five times, signing another five ties.

In the last five visits by Betis to Balaídos, there have been two Verdiblancas victories, two draws and a triumph for Celta, 3-2 at the end of January 2018, just before the debut of Bartra and Loren took place, as well as the Junior, led by Quique Setién, after which Betis completed a spectacular second round and managed to qualify for European competitions at the end of the 2017/18 season.

The first Betic victory in heavenly terrain (1-2) dates from the 1982/83 League, after twelve unsuccessful visits, when the goals of Hipólito Rincón and Atilano, at their own goal, surpassed the goal scored by the local Amorós. In the next match, three years later, Rincón scored again to give the Verdiblancos a minimal victory and in the 94/95 season, Betis won again in Balaídos, this time 0-2 thanks to a double by Ángel Cuellar.

The following Betic victories in Vigo were also 0-2: with goals from Alexis and Olías in the 1996/97 season; and with goals from Assunçao and Fernando in the 2003/04 campaign. The last three were all by the minimum (0-1): with a goal by Jorge Molina in the 12/13 season; with a goal from Brasanac in the 16/17 campaign; and with a bullseye from Jesé in the 18/19 course. The last visit of Betis to Balaídos registered a 1-1 on July 4, 2020, in a controversial match in which González Fuertes left without sanctioning, at the request of the VAR, a penalty committed by Rafinha on Guardado in the final measures that in principle had pointed out.
