MADRID, 31 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The president of League F, Beatriz Álvarez, recalled this Tuesday “the important challenge” of her entity with the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) to “reach an agreement on the coordination agreement”, after the president of Its Managing Committee, Pedro Rocha, attended the General Assembly of Clubs of the women’s league tournament.
“For the clubs, Rocha’s presence has been very important because it symbolizes and represents a bit of this change towards institutional peace. A cordial relationship where we have to work together for women’s football and where, in addition, we have an important challenge which is to reach to an agreement in the coordination agreement,” said Álvarez from the League F headquarters in Madrid.
For this reason, he described the agreement as “something very important for the clubs”, as long as it is “a realistic agreement” and “where issues that benefit this professional League are agreed upon.” “The truth is that the predisposition is absolute,” added Álvarez regarding the interim president of the RFEF, successor to Luis Rubiales until the next elections.
“For me it has been a pleasure to receive him and that he could also address our clubs, to be able to express in first person that commitment to go hand in hand, to row and to continue working together,” concluded the president of League F, a growing tournament in Spain after the World Cup won by the Spanish team last summer in Sydney.
