Bayern is already European history

A week and a half after being eliminated in the quarterfinals of the Champions League at the hands of Villarreal, Bayern Munich saved the season by singing alirón with three games to go before the end of the Bundesliga. The Bavarian team beat Borussia Dortmund 3-1, leaving a total of 12 points difference with respect to the eternal rival in second position. In this way, the Munich team became the only team in the history of the five major European leagues to be champions for the tenth time in a row. Historical.

Bayern was better from the start. Borussia, with a total of nine very important casualties, was not able to stop the offensive momentum of some Munich players who, yes, needed a mistake from the visitors to get ahead in the bright Allianz Arena. Goretzka headed in a corner to Gnabry so that the German international, completely alone in the Borusser area, volleyed past Bayern. The VAR prevented Gnabry’s second, but Lewandowski, in another serious error by Zagadou in the ball exit, raised the second before going through the locker room. Bayern knew how to punish BVB for lack of concentration.

Borussia did not give up and managed to close the gap as soon as they left the locker room thanks to a penalty after a foul by Kimmich on Reus in the area. Can did not forgive from eleven meters, giving life to those of Rose who decided to replace the gray Reinier with the young Bynoe-Gittens. Except for the occasional approach by the Borussen that disrupted the imperial Lucas, the locals managed the advantage on the scoreboard and even ended up increasing the lead thanks to Musiala in the last stages of the clash. Bavarian hegemony in Germany continues.
