The Spanish tennis player Roberto Bautista got into the final of the Kitzbuhel tournament (Austria) this Friday by beating his compatriot Albert Ramos, while the also Spanish Carlos Alcaraz reached the semifinal round in the Umag tournament (Croatia).
Bautista beat Ramos (6-3, 7-6(3)) to reach his third final in 2022, champion in Doha and finalist in Mallorca, on three different surfaces. In the last step in this ATP 250 event, the man from Castellón will face the Austrian Filip Misolic or the German Yannick Hanfmann, a duel postponed to Saturday due to rain in the tie-break of the third set.
The duel between Spaniards had alternatives for both in the first set, but Bautista achieved the ‘break’ in the sixth game that ended up being decisive.
