Barcelona will decide if it continues in the Superliga on June 20

The General Assembly of compromisarios partners, in which it will be decided, among other cases, the future of the entity in the Super League, will finally be held on pNext Sunday, June 20, and not Sunday, July 4, as the club announced this week. Thus, the original date scheduled for the Assembly is recovered in this way, where the compromisary members will have to face a series of very important votes for the future of the club.

And it is that apart from the controversial Superliga, which has raised so many blisters in recent weeks, with threats of forceful sanctions by UEFA to those who remain in the project, They will also have to approve the liquidation of last season as well as the budget for the new one, the approval of the elimination of the limits set now to become a member, the approval of the refinancing with one or more operators for 525 million, the approval of the reform of some articles of the Statute and the ratification of the new members of the Board, as well as the Economic or Disciplinary Commission.

The great novelty in this edition of the General Assembly is that It will be at the Camp Nou, that is, in a totally open enclosure. The first call is scheduled at 3:00 p.m. and at 3:30 p.m. A session will begin that is expected to be long, since it has a total of eleven points on the agenda, where the last one can have an unlimited duration, as it is the moment in which the partners can take the floor to publicly express their requests and complaints.

There is no doubt that this first Assembly of the Laporta era will be weighed down by the club's financial situation. So much so that in the club has opened the possibility that the former president Josep Maria Bartomeu defend the numbers of his liquidation before the compromisary members. In principle, everything indicates that the leader, who is currently recovering from a broken clavicle due to a fall on a bicycle, will recline the invitation.
