Barça takes half a league to find stability

It has cost them and it is still a team that has doubts, especially due to lack of troops and because it has little more than a reliable eleven (Piqué, Ansu or Coutinho are long-term injured), but Barça have found some stability. He closed the first round (19 games) with 37 points, a low figure. But growing. Compared to the first ten days, in which he barely added 14 points, he has added 23 of the last 27 and has stabilized in Champions positions. LaLiga seems like a chimera due to the trajectory of Atlético and the errors at the beginning of the season in Vitoria, Getafe and Cádiz. But at least Barça has stabilized in the Champions positions and transmits a better feeling.

Five years later, Barça have won five games in a row away from home (Valladolid, Huesca, Bilbao, Granada and Elche). It is the first demonstration that he has gained consistency and concentration. This has been helped by the leadership Ter Stegen and the consecration of Araújo in the center of the defense and the minimization of gross errors such as those that cost the defeats in Getafe and Cádiz and the draw. In addition, the team has started to generate more football in the engine room with Busquets, Pedri and De Jong. Apart from the injury, Messi has also plugged himself out of the area with goals in Valladolid, Bilbao and Granada. Barça has transmitted an image of seriousness and, despite not being brilliant, it has started by ensuring results. Players like Busquets, Alba, De Jong and even some like Dembélé and Griezmann have begun to jump on the bandwagon and Ansu's reappearance is in sight.

Now it remains to be seen if Barça is in a position to climb the next step, that of improving football. For that, `he must first recover two key players like Piqué and Ansu and keep the best version of Messi. But on top of that, Koeman has already made it clear that more is needed. And they have names: Eric García and Depay. But the candidates, especially Laporta and Freixa, seem to be thinking more about signing the signings of the future than helping a team that, if it wants to win titles or, at least, maintain the stability of the last games, needs reinforcements.
