Barça and Dembélé give themselves one last chance

The future of Ousmane Dembélé will be decided in less than 72 hours. As AS has learned, this Monday a summit is scheduled that is presented as decisive and definitive for the future of the French forward. The club attends the meeting with Ousmane’s agent, Moussa Sissoko, with very clear ideas and homework done, especially after the huge surprise, tinged with bitter disappointment, with which the Barcelona emissaries left last Thursday, after verifying how the French representative came down with totally unaffordable claims, and even more so when he claimed for himself a commission of 45 million as a transfer bonus.

Right now at the club they are very pessimistic about the end of this soap opera. Either Sissoko arrives at this last appointment with his feet on the ground and with the will to reach an agreement, or Barcelona will definitively close the negotiations. What they are very clear from the entity is that this operation will not be delayed: either the renewal is closed or the player will be transferred this January.

If, on the other hand, Sissoko refuses in band to lower his claims, the club will inform him that the player will be put on the market immediately, with the threat even of being dismissed from the federation in the event that he does not accept a exit.
