They neither forget nor forgive all the pain and accusations of recent weeks and, as they warned, they have taken legal measures for what they consider an attack against their honor: “The statements that have been made about our clients, for example, certain defamations about some alleged photographs of Ms. García – Bárbara Rey – with third parties, constitute a serious violation of her fundamental rights,” the document reads. “Taking into account the extreme seriousness of these events and the enormous damage that you are causing them (…) we have decided to take legal action to safeguard our fundamental rights and despite the deep pain that it causes us.”
