Ballack donates signed jerseys to save the club from its beginnings

Former German soccer player Michael Ballack donated a total of 40 autographed jerseys to his first club, Chemnitz, where he played from his youth stage until 1997. to be auctioned, to raise funds to save you from bankruptcy.

These are original and signed T-shirts by Ballack from his times at Bayern Munich, English Chelsea, Bayer Leverkusen and the German national team. The minimum offer for a t-shirt is 200 euros and the proceeds collected will go directly to a trust account established under the Chemnitz insolvency procedure.

The East German club, which descends from the Third Division, you need to collect 450,000 euros until mid-August to be able to close said procedure. As announced today by the team, almost 300,000 euros have already been paid into the account.
