Ayuso and Dabiz Muñoz, ‘amiguis’ and promoters of the Madrid brand: “The new Madrid Movida”

The president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, has been the hostess of the VI edition of The Best Chef Awards 2022. With a radiant smile and wearing a blue corporate top of the PP, Ayuso has been photographed with the chef of chefs, Dabiz Muñoz from Madrid. The event took place this Tuesday 20 at the headquarters of the Royal Post Office in the capital.

Ayuso, who has extolled the “economic engine” that gastronomy represents for the capital, has once again recalled the support that the Community gave to the restaurant sector during the months of the Covid pandemic: “We opted for the path of freedom,” he said. In addition, he has valued “the gastro explosion” that the city is experiencing as “the new Madrid Movida”, citing the Academy of Gastronomy.

Muñoz, three Michelin stars for his DiverXo and named best chef in the world, is the best ambassador of Madrid gastronomy. Along with the chef, he has participated in this edition of The Best Chef Awards 2022 a delegation from the first swords of the planet.
