This Sunday, Atlético de Madrid celebrated the historical record for the number of members and subscribers with which it closes 2024, adding good news to its good moment of form and results, during the Christmas holidays at the leadership of LaLiga EA Sports.
“We end 2024 with 144,372 members and 60,874 subscribers at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano, which this year has hosted 2.3 million spectators among all its matches and events,” says the red and white team in an official statement.
Atlético points out that it continues its “constant increase season after season.” “In this sense, we must also remember that the admission of new members remains open throughout the season and forecasts show figures that exceed 145,000 for next January,” he adds.
On the other hand, the number of subscribers with assigned seats on the Riyadh Air Metropolitano is 60,874. “In order to achieve these data, the club expanded this year the number of seats for season tickets, thanks to the increase in the capacity of the Riyadh Air Metropolitano, which this summer increased its capacity to 70,692 spectators,” the note points out.
