The owner of the house that she had for rent in Esplugues de Llobregat claims to have caused damage in the same of 183,000 euros

The defense of Barcelona Samuel Umtiti neg this Thursday have destroyed a rental home in the town of Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona) and caused some damage in it for which its owner claims 183,000 euros. During the trial, held Thursday in the Court of First Instance and Instruction No. 1 of Esplugues de Llobregat, Umtiti declared as accused of damage caused in his former rental house, in which I lived without a company until December 3, 2018.

The owner was dissatisfied with the state in which the player left the property, since there was damage to different parts of the house, especially in the pool and park, for which he claims a total of 183,000 euros. During the trial, Umtiti explained that, aware that it was a “luxurious house” that required special care, hired a cleaning worker and a maintenance person, which he called when there was some damage so he could look for the people needed to solve it.

The French international flatly denied being responsible for the damage found and mentioned that the only deterioration he knows is “the normal” of any person in the day of a house that he uses as his habitual residence. “I haven't had any parties”, Umtiti affirmed to defend that the damages in the house had not caused them neither he nor anybody of his surroundings.

To questions of the lawyer of the accusation on the presumed spots of alcohol that appeared inside the building, Umtiti reiterates that he does not know his origin, since he does not drink alcohol. The Barca center, at the request of his lawyer, has left the court after his declaration to take a private plane to Bilbao, where this afternoon he will join his teammates to play, at 9:00 p.m., the quarterfinal match of the Copa del Rey, against Athletic Club in San Mams.
