Aritz leaves injuries behind and gets in tune: “It cost me”

La Real hopes to have strengthened with Aritz
Elustondo for the decisive stretch of the season. Physical problems have gotten in the way of the beasaindarra since “I received a tremendous blow” back in November, in Cádiz. “Later, the ankle has given me war” and “it has cost me” to see the light. The defender wants to leave injuries behind to get in tune.

Holder in the win against Cádiz, Elustondo aspires to keep his place in the axis of the rear on Sunday against Getafe. The Gipuzkoan relativizes the coincidence of his presence in the 'eleven' with the victory to the Andalusians of the past day. “I do not give too much importance,” he sums up.

Aritz he follows closely the recent events of Getafe, controversial as a result of the fights against Sevilla, and “I do not think it will be beneficial” for Real, he considers. He is clear that the Madrilenians “will go out to cut their losing streak” and at the same time he trusts the refereeing team is not influenced by the protests of Getafe to the treatment they are receiving.

Yes advance Aritz that “an uncomfortable game awaits us”, since the Coliseum “is not the most appropriate field for our style of play.” Elustondo emphasizes that “they will try to make us uncomfortable in the initiation areas of the game” and bets on keeping aces up our sleeve: “We have to be able to adapt to another alternative if our game does not work out.”

First, Getafe

Four days after visiting Getafe, La Real will face him Manchester
United in the Europa League. The seductive journey to glory “does not derail us,” he says. Aritz
Elustondo. “The first thing is the game on Sunday although later we have a very nice one,” he reasons. The central assumes the trip to exile in Turin. “They have put it that way. You have to think about how the situation is and we will try to get a good result for the second leg, “he reflects. Elustondo.

United may start as favorites in the tie, but “if we thought it was impossible, we would not go to Turin and Manchester,” warns the Real footballer. “The objective of the club is to pass the tie and we have to try.”
