Araújo, Pedri and RDT, among the 15 best players of the season

The madridistas Thibaut Courtois, Éder Militao, David Alaba, Luka Modric, Vinícius Junior and Karim Benzema are the representatives of the most valued team in the first edition of the ‘FIFA 22 Team Of The Season’ awards, promoted by LaLiga, who also recognize the season of Ronald Araújo (Barça), Jules Koundé (Seville), Pedri (Barça), Fekir (Barça), João Félix (At. Madrid), Marcos Acuña (Seville), Sergio Canales (Betis), Raúl de Tomás (Espanyol) and Iker Muniain (Athletic Club).

The fifteen winners who have been chosen as the best in LaLiga Santander have been selected through popular voting, player votes through the ‘Players App’ and a committee of experts.

LaLiga, together with EA SPORTS, has awarded al best goalkeeperto the top four defensemento the three most outstanding midfielders and the top three strikers of the league. Besides, the winners were expanded with the following four most voted players.

Javier Tebas, president of LaLiga, he highlighted “the importance and pride that it means for LaLiga to be able to present these awards for the first time, which we hope will become a hallmark of the competition and one more reason for a sense of belonging to LaLiga”.
