The Granada player now adds 42 appearances (as many as kilometers has the mythical athletic event) this campaign in official matches of his team and it is, together with the Barcelona player Pedri and the sevillista En-Nesyri, the footballer of the LaLiga Santander teams with the most games in his legs to date.
Doors has become a indispensable for Diego Martínez. If last season he played 43 of the 45 official matches of Granada (36 in the League and 7 in the Cup), in the current one he is going at a similar rate: he has participated in 42 of 46 which, for now, is led by the Nasrid team (26 in the League, 4 in the Cup and 12 in European competition).
In minutes it is still far from the 3,142 that it totaled last season, but the 2,512 from the current one are the best base from which to overcome, if no problems arise, the bar of a few months ago.
The trust by Diego Martínez in Puertas is unquestionable. As well as this player's commitment to Granada, with which he has already completed his particular 2020-21 football marathon.
